Privacy policy
What we keep about you, what for, who it is shared with and how to have it deleted.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
- Your designs are never uploaded: they are worked out in your browser. The one exception is the “See how it looks” button, and only if you press it.
- What we keep about you is your email address, and little else.
- No passwords and no card details in the database, because we never ask for them.
- This is a translation of the Spanish original. If the two versions ever disagree, the Spanish one is the one that counts.
Who is responsible
Leandro Arteman, in Argentina, responsible for the site cut.artemanmultilayer.pro. For anything to do with your data: leandro@cut.artemanmultilayer.pro.
What is stored
- Your email address, the date you created the account and the date you last signed in.
- Sign-in link requests: when it was asked for, when it expires and the IP address it was asked from. The IP is there to stop email spam, not to track you.
- Your session: a cookie in your browser. The database holds a hash of it, not the cookie itself, so not even reading the database lets anyone sign in as you.
- Your subscription, if you have one: the identifier PayPal or Mercado Pago returns, the price, the currency and how long it is paid up for.
- Usage: how many exports you have made this month —that is the quota— and one line per download with the template name, the date and whether it went through or was stopped by your plan. That last part is what tells us which template to improve.
- The AI photos you generated, if you use that feature: the image that comes out is kept on the server for 30 days and then deletes itself. That is so you do not lose it —the provider deletes theirs after an hour— and so you can find it again from any computer. The capture sent to generate it is NOT stored, and each photo's link carries a random code that cannot be guessed.
What is NOT stored
- Your designs. The templates and the vectorizer run entirely in your browser: the measurements you type, the text you write and the images you feed the vectorizer never leave your machine. When you download, all the server gets is the name of the template, so it can count it against your quota.
- With one exception, and it matters enough to spell out: the “See how it looks” button. That feature turns your design into a realistic photo, and that cannot be done in your browser: a picture of the 3D view is sent to Replicate, who run the model. The picture and the chosen style go, nothing else — not your measurements, not your email, not who you are. If you never press that button, nothing leaves.
- Card details. Payment is handled end to end by PayPal or Mercado Pago. We never ask for them, never see them and never store them.
- Passwords, because there are none: you sign in with a link.
What it is used for
To let you in, to know which plan you are on, to keep track of the quota, to see which templates get used and which get abandoned —so we know which one to fix and which one to build— and to answer you if you write.
It is never sold or handed to anyone, and we do not send marketing: the only emails that leave here are the sign-in link and anything to do with your subscription.
Cookies
- The session cookie: it is what keeps you signed in. Without it there is no account. It lasts sixty days, or until you sign out.
- Google Analytics (GA4): measures visits in aggregate —which pages get looked at, from which country, on what device— so we know what is working. Block it with any extension and the site works just the same.
There are no advertising or remarketing cookies.
Who it is shared with
Only what the site needs to work: Hostinger (hosting, database and sending the emails), PayPal and Mercado Pago (payments), Google (Analytics) and Replicate (only if you use the AI photo, and only that image). Each has its own privacy policy. Beyond that, nobody.
How long it is kept
- Your account, for as long as you have one.
- Sign-in links expire within minutes and are marked as used.
- Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
- AI photos, 30 days. They delete themselves; you do not have to ask.
- If you ask us to delete your account, it is deleted: the address, the sessions and the rest. Download records stay on with no owner attached, so the per-template statistics do not break.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to leandro@cut.artemanmultilayer.pro. It is free and answered within days. Argentina's Ley 25.326 on personal data protection grants this (sections 14 and 16), and the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the authority that enforces it.
Security
Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS, and the tokens —the sign-in link and the session— are stored hashed, never in the clear. No measure is perfect: if anything ever happened that affected your data, we would tell you.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. What is charged and what you may do with the files is in the terms and conditions.
